BS or MSEE in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering
Minimum 10 yrs related experience (internships not included)
Primary experience needed in Cadence, Ansys or Keysight SI/PI tools
Primary skills required in Transmission-Line Theory, Frequency and Time Domain evaluation, and EM Fields.
Above average skills needed in organization, planning, collaboration and communication
Must be proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and CoPilot.
Experience with MATLAB, Python, tcl, or similar tools/languages is a plus.
Leading a team, and/or primary responsibility for a project is a plus.
Some experience/skills in taking lab measurements is preferred but not necessary.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $141,400 - $226,200. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
