Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Virginia Driver's License.
• Virginia QA Screening Level III or higher or equivalent certification recognized by VDDHH.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors daily and long-term interpreter schedules and coverage.
• Maintains records of interpreter schedules, service requests, absences, and costs.
• Provides interpreting and transliterating services as needed to support division activities.
• Assists in professional development for interpreters and mentors interns.
• Ensures adherence to RID Code of Professional Conduct and division policies.
