Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• 20+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in design, integration, and testing of SIGINT systems.
• Extensive experience with sensor technologies, data acquisition, and data processing.
• Experience with communication systems and data transmission protocols.
• Experience with software tools for simulation and modeling of sensor systems.
• Master’s degree preferred; advanced degree.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of SIGINT systems, ensuring compliance with mission requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sensor and data processing systems.
• Conduct performance analysis and testing of system, including environmental testing and data validation.
• Develop documentation related to design, testing, and operational procedures.
• Stay current with advancements in SIGINT systems and recommend improvements to existing systems.
• Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and management activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
