SIGINT System Engineer**Company:**The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a highly skilled **Payload System Engineer (Expert)** in **El Segundo, California,** with extensive experience with SIGINT systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and integration of advanced systems for various airborne and space missions. This role requires a deep understanding of SIGINT sensor technologies, data processing, system operation, mission requirements and SIGINT system architecture.**Position Responsibilities:*** Lead the design and development of SIGINT systems, ensuring compliance with mission requirements and specifications* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sensor and data processing systems* Conduct performance analysis and testing of system, including environmental testing and data validation* Develop documentation related to design, testing, and operational procedures* Stay current with advancements in SIGINT systems and recommend improvements to existing systems* Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and management activities* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members**This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
