Job summary

PotomacWave is seeking a SIGINT Collection Requirements Manager to support a Federal client in Washington, DC. You will provide national-level collection requirement systems expertise and help plan INT-specific campaigns targeting nuclear, science, technology, and energy-related objectives worldwide.

Join a diverse team to write, review, and submit National Level SIGINT requirements via the SRT, collaborate with IC partners, and oversee entitlement management in Gatekeeper.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (related field) with 5 years of professional experience preferred; or 3 years with related Master’s Degree.
• 5+ years in collection requirements discipline (SIGINT) or operations management preferred.
• Strong understanding of NIPF and National Collection Directives, reporting and dissemination.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert INT-specific collection management and requirements analysis.
• Plan, organize, and lead the INT collection requirements efforts using complex campaigns.
• Write, review, and submit National Level SIGINT requirements via SRT.
• Collaborate with other collection requirement managers across the intelligence community.
• Develop and present intelligence collection requirement strategies and approaches.
