Job summary

Coalfire is seeking a SIEM Platform Engineer to design, implement, operate, and continuously improve SIEM platforms across cloud environments. You will ensure reliable data, scalable architectures, and governance across FedRAMP and high‑compliance settings.

The role collaborates with detection engineering, security operations, and cloud engineering to deliver high‑quality security data and integrated monitoring solutions. Remote or hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Experience with SIEM platforms in enterprise, cloud, or high‑compliance environments.
• Experience delivering platform capabilities from requirements to operational handoff.
• Proven ability to integrate security, cloud, endpoint, identity, and network tools into a cohesive monitoring platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SIEM platform architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Build and operate log collection and ingestion pipelines including forwarders and connectors.
• Onboard, normalize, validate, and troubleshoot data sources from various systems.
