Empower AI in Radford, VA (remote-eligible) seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Incident Response Administrator to manage SIEM systems, deploy dashboards, and ensure compliance with DoD Army policies across data centers and cloud environments.

You will monitor events, investigate threats, and develop audit-ready reporting while coordinating with Cyber Security Service Providers and supporting PKI and TLS certificate management. A DoD Secret clearance and 10+ years of IR experience are preferred.

Competenze

• CISSP, ISSEP, Security+, CEH, or equivalent certification.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity and incident response experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience managing SIEM systems and dashboards.
• Knowledge of PKI and SSL/TLS certificates.
• Familiarity with DoD/Army web security standards.

• Deploy, install, and monitor SIEM infrastructure per DoD policies.
• Create SIEM dashboards for real‑time security visualization.
• Monitor dashboards to detect threats and investigate events.
• Develop reporting requirements for audits and security controls.
• Provide PKI support and monitor DoD/Army web security standards.
