Job summary

Integral Consulting Services is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Incident Response Administrator in Radford, VA. You will lead SIEM deployment and monitoring, develop dashboards, and ensure compliance with DoD/Army security requirements for PL ALTESS.

The role requires active DoD Secret clearance, 10+ years in cybersecurity/incident response, and strong collaboration with Army cyber service providers to support audits and incident response activities.

Qualifications

• Required: Cybersecurity certification (CISSP/ISSEP/Security+/CEH, etc.).
• 10+ years’ experience in Cybersecurity and Incident Response or related areas.
• Extensive SIEM management experience and data ingestion.
• Proficiency in creating and managing SIEM dashboards.
• Strong ability to monitor/investigate security events and anomalies.
• Experience developing reporting requirements for audits and controls.
• Knowledge of PKI and SSL/TLS certificate management.
• Familiarity with DoD/Army web security standards and practices.
• Ability to review Army CTOs and coordinate with service providers.
• Experience coordinating with service providers for audit logs and incident response.
• Participation in SW Assurance reviews for log validation.
• Ability to review design plans for security compliance.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create SIEM dashboards displaying security events for near real-time analysis.
• Monitor SIEM dashboards to detect threats and escalate as needed.
• Develop reporting requirements to support audits and security controls (PKI).
• Review CTOs, coordinate with DoD Army cyber teams, and evaluate design plans for security compliance.
