Qualifications

• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any field), Math, or closely related field, plus 5 years of experience in position offered or related occupation.
• Must have 5 years of experience in Siebel development, application, components, installation, implementation and configuration using Siebel tools; workflows, scripting, views, applets, joins links and MVG; Siebel Call Center or Sales and Service applications; Siebel integration tools such as Web Services, EIM and EAI; and developing required SQL queries, stored procedures and functions to check results.
• Must have 2 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Open UI development and tools including JavaScript, HTML, JQuery and CSS; Siebel Order Management, quotes, assets and product configuration; Siebel application administration; Siebel upgrade process and patches; and Oracle upgrade path.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, test, analyze and maintain new software applications and reporting. Maintain and update existing applications and reports in support of business goals in relation to Siebel and Oracle development, implementation and configuration.
• Analyze existing programs and/or formulate logic for new systems, prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written, maintain project life cycle standards.
• Work on complex issues where analysis of data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
