Job summary

i-Link Solutions is seeking a Software Architect – Expert for the State of New York, NYS Office of the Attorney General. You will analyze user requirements, design and develop solutions around data loads and transformation in Oracle Siebel, and help plan upgrades and repository merges.

You will collaborate with developers to ensure Siebel customizations follow best practices, limit technical debt, and implement solutions that boost performance and interoperability across the IT landscape.

Qualifications

• 1–84 months of experience as a Siebel developer.
• 2–84 months of experience as a Siebel Technical Architect.
• 3–84 months of experience integrating Siebel with Git, Oracle, SOAP, and REST API.
• 4–84 months of experience with Siebel EAI and EIM.
• 5–84 months experience with data conversion and migration to Siebel from other data sources.
• 6–60 months experience working for a government agency.

Description

Analyze user requirements, design and develop solutions relating to data loads and data transformation in Oracle Siebel system NYMatters. Design and implement technical solutions that enchance system performance and support seamless interoperability within organization's IT landscape.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 1 84 months of experience as a developer of Siebel.
• 2 84 months of experience working as a Siebel Technical Architect.
• 3 84 months of experience integrating Siebel with other technologies such as Git repositories, Oracle Databases, SOAP, and Rest API.
• 4 84 months of experience with Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) and EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager.)
• 5 84 months experience with data conversion and migration to Siebel from other data sources.
• 6 60 months experience working for a government agency.
