The ideal candidate has 15+ years of deep SI/PI expertise, a Master’s in Electrical Engineering, and a track record of root-cause analysis from silicon to package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years of system-level SI/PI experience for high-speed hardware.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex SI/PI problems for high-speed AI compute platforms, incl. chip-to-chip and chip-to-board interfaces.
• Perform pre-layout and post-layout SI/PI analysis across PCBs, rigid-flex, and advanced packaging.
• Lead root-cause analysis of margin shortfalls, impedance issues, coupling, and resonances.
• Analyze SI/PI challenges in flex circuits, high-density interposers, and packaging tech.
• Analyze and troubleshoot power delivery networks using simulations and hardware correlation.
• Define stack-ups and impedance structures to meet performance targets.
• Review schematics and layouts to identify SI/PI risks and suggest design changes.
