Job summary

OpenGov is seeking a Systems Integrator Alliances Manager in Atlanta to drive revenue growth by identifying, onboarding, and expanding strategic SI partnerships. You will own the alliance strategy, serve as a subject matter expert, and lead cross-functional teams to accelerate OpenGov's footprint in government.

With 8+ years in partnership management or enterprise sales, you will build executive-level relationships, develop joint plans, and track metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in partnership management or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record converting relationships into revenue.
• Executive presence with VP/C-suite level negotiation.
• Strong cross-functional communication; influence without authority.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline and revenue by identifying and developing implementation partner relationships.
• Own implementation partner business development and execution across the organization.
• Coach sales teams to maximize revenue via implementation partner channels.
• Partner with leadership to establish company-wide partner business development strategies.
• Drive partner value through joint plans, reviews, and strategic initiatives.
• Track and report partner metrics to executive leadership.
