Job summary

Topsarge Business Solutions is seeking a Shower and Laundry Specialist Instructor to train and monitor students in 92S MOS, including hands-on exercises and examinations. Responsibilities include updating lesson plans for AIT and related courses, ensuring materials are current, and supporting distance learning conversions.

Required experience includes 6 years in 92S MOS, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to meet performance standards across written and practical exams within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in 92S MOS.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to complete CFDP-IC and ISCTC courses.
• Ability to achieve 90+ on all written and practical exams for assigned instructional areas within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Train and monitor students during classroom in 92S MOS, PE, and hands-on exam.
• Maintain and update lesson plans for AIT and related courses.
• Translate lesson plans into Distance Learning Courseware for online delivery.
• Update Test Room materials and Test Control Material.
• Provide remediation training and manage classroom setups and training aids.
