Job summary

Condé Nast, a premier global media company, seeks a Senior Shopping Writer for Vogue. You will craft compelling shopping stories, optimize content for SEO and GEO targets, and lead editorial planning across digital platforms.

The role demands a keen fashion sense, strong writing skills, and the ability to drive traffic and revenue through commerce storytelling. You will collaborate with Vogue’s Shopping Director and editorial teams, manage a weekly publishing calendar, and contribute

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years writing or editing commerce/affiliate content at a digital property.
• Strong understanding of SEO/GEO strategies and best practices.
• Enthusiasm for writing and a creative tone of voice.
• Background in fashion and accessory market preferred.
• Experience analyzing performance across different verticals to optimize revenue.
• Experience in managing product sourcing logistics at a digital property (editorial or commerce).
• Strong organizational skills and a self-directed work style.
• Polished communication skills.
• Self-starter who can accelerate Conde Nast commerce growth.

Responsibilities

• Write, pitch, and optimize up to 5 shopping stories each week.
• Work with the Vogue Shopping and editorial teams to ensure content is on-brand.
• Manage and execute a long-term shopping editorial calendar with an SEO/GEO focus.
• Coordinate multichannel copy needs with Marketing & Production (newsletter, SMS, app, social).
• Own weekly shopping franchises from curation to storytelling.
• Identify editorial categories and seasonal tent poles for commerce opportunities.
• Study purchasing data, track site analytics, research trends and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on editorial best practices.
• Work with Fashion Market Director on original imagery for the vertical.
