Publicis Commerce is hiring a Senior Account Executive in Rogers, AR to manage shopper marketing programs for a major CPG client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop brand strategies and manage timelines, budgets and billing.

The role requires 3+ years in shopper marketing or advertising, with strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a collaborative, proactive mindset. This is a hybrid position with competitive benefits and a pay range of USD 60,800–76,000/year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of shopper marketing or advertising experience, preferably agency experience in retailer promotions.
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain productive interaction with support departments to keep projects moving forward.
• Lead, compile and author recaps for programs and brands.
• Develop knowledge of assigned brand or retailer positioning, goals and strategies.
• Tactically support programs with timelines, trafficking and cost estimation.
• Independently manage projects from start to finish within estimated hours and costs.
• Manage electronic job jackets/billing information and internal workflows.
