Saatchi & Saatchi X is seeking an Experienced creative leader to co-lead and hands-on craft integrated programs across the shopper journey. You will translate ideas into compelling storytelling decks and confidently sell programs to client partners.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in conceptual thinking whether from art direction or copywriting, with strong presentation skills and the ability to drive outcomes.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree, portfolio school certificate, or equivalent experience required.
7–9 years of relevant experience.
Portfolio required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with AI platforms and integrating into workflows.
Strong presentation and communication skills.

Mansioni

Lead Creative Leadership & Concept Development with the Creative Director as co-lead.
Manage team workflow, balance priorities, and ensure client expectations are met.
Build clear, persuasive presentation decks connecting ideas to strategy and shopper journey.
