Job summary

Ambaum is seeking a senior Shopify software developer to join our remote team. You will own complex features from subscription flows to custom Shopify Apps, collaborating with designers, QA, PMs and analysts.

You should have 4+ years of Shopify/Shopify Plus experience, be proficient in Liquid, HTML/CSS, JavaScript and PHP & MySQL, and comfortable working in a client-service environment. This role is fully remote.

Ambaum (Ambaum.com) is looking for a senior Shopify software developer who loves working with e-commerce companies!

You’ll be working closely with project teams consisting of other developers, QAs, designers, project managers, strategists and analysts. Daily tasks could include anything from coding a subscription flow, integrating an email signup form, architecting a navigation menu, or building a custom app on the Shopify Plus platform. Whatever the task you’ll take ownership of it, collaborate with the team and deliver a thoroughly tested and high-quality solution.

Problem-solving is key to this role along with the ability to communicate complexity, prioritize and estimate the development effort with team members or clients. You must work well in a team and independently.

It would be beneficial if the successful candidate brings senior Shopify development expertise and can develop, deploy, and support custom Shopify Apps (connectors, product management, etc...). Experience in Shopify technical solutioning and scoping for custom web projects we deliver is also desirable.

Programmers are required to have the following experience:

• 4+ Years of Shopify (and/or Shopify Plus)
