Job summary

Kiwa is expanding its Quality Control team and seeking experienced QC Specialists in Ivyland, PA. In this role, you will ensure compliance with industry standards through inspections, testing, and reporting. Collaboration with suppliers and maintaining safety standards are key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of shop inspection experience, a high school diploma, and a solid understanding of third-party inspection processes. This independent contractor position offers flexibility and the chance to work on meaningful projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shop inspection experience required.
• Thorough understanding of inspection processes like NDE and FAT.
• Basic ability to communicate and interact with team and clients.
• Need experience with quality standards such as API and ASME.

Responsibilities

• Witness inspections and testing per applicable standards.
• Verify calibration and certification of inspection equipment.
• Communicate job progression and inspection results to coordinators.
• Generate clear documentation of inspection results and activities.
