Job summary

Gregory Packaging Inc. is seeking a hands-on Shipping Manager to lead shipping and receiving at our Bethlehem, PA plant. This leader will direct the team, run warehouse management and AGV systems, and ensure on-time, accurate movement of finished goods.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in warehousing and distribution, with forklift certification and experience in GMP and lot traceability. This role requires a strong, data-driven leader who can manage inventory and carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience with supervisory experience.
• Experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment with GMP and lot traceability preferred.
• LTL and truckload carrier management experience preferred.
• CHEP pallet program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping and receiving team; set daily priorities and goals.
• Plan outbound loads, schedule dock appointments, and meet customer timelines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and enforce FIFO; manage cycle counts and aging reports.
• Oversee ERP/WMS systems, AGV fleet, and documentation for shipping records.
