Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk III to support inbound and outbound logistics in a manufacturing setting. The role handles receiving, verifying, documenting, storing, staging, and shipping materials while maintaining ERP accuracy and inventory control.

As a Level III position, you will work with limited supervision, resolve routine discrepancies, coordinate material priorities across departments, and serve as a resource to less-experienced

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible shipping/receiving or inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material‑handling equipment.
• Working knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems and related shipping/receiving transactions.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. and perform the physical requirements of the position.

Mansioni

• Receive, unload, verify, and document incoming materials, components, and finished goods.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips for accuracy.
• Identify and resolve routine shipping and receiving discrepancies.
• Stage materials for inspection, production, or inventory storage.
• Prepare shipping documentation and labels.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
