• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.

Job Overview

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment by verifying products, packaging and crating materials, securing loads, and ensuring all shipments meet company quality and safety standards. This is a hands-on warehouse position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to safely handle materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Verify pull sheets, shipping memo or POagainst physical pumps and parts.
• Verify shipping paperwork for outside process.
• Inspect products forqualitybefore packaging.
• Package, crate, strap, and secure productsto prevent damageduring transit.
• Build andprepare crates usingappropriate packaging materialsand tools.
• Label shipments andensure all shippingdocumentation is complete.
• Take photographs ofcompleted shipmentsfor documentation.
• Enter and maintain outside process log.
• Load and unloadtrucks using forkliftsand pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safework area byfollowing 5S standards.
• Report damaged productsor shipment discrepanciesto manager.
• All shipments have proper paperwork and are secured.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required

• Understanding of Excel.
• Previous warehouse, packaging, or shipping experiencepreferred.
