Job summary

Nikkiso is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk III in Murrieta, CA. This role supports inbound and outbound logistics in a manufacturing setting, handling receiving, verification, documentation, storage, staging, and shipping of materials with ERP accuracy.

As a Level III, you will work independently, handle more complex tasks, resolve routine discrepancies, and coordinate material priorities with internal departments to keep operations flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, or manufacturing logistics.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.
• Working knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems and related shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
• Ability to review purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping/receiving documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, verify, and document incoming materials, components, assemblies, and purchased goods.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and other documentation for accurate quantities, part numbers, and condition.
• Perform initial visual inspections and resolve routine shipping or receiving discrepancies.
• Stage incoming materials for Quality inspection, production, inventory, or designated storage locations.
• Pick, verify, package, and stage materials and finished goods according to work orders and shipping schedules.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other required records.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
