Job summary

Qualifications

• Greet and direct truck drivers to dock locations for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Receive, verify, inspect and process incoming shipments.
• Data entry for receiving.
• Participate in physical verification of inventory when discrepancies exist.
• Complete inbound/outbound paperwork with truck drivers (e.g., BOLs) and scan documents.
• Uphold safety rules and company policies; act with integrity.
• Full-time role in an office/manufacturing plant setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet drivers and direct them to the dock for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Receive, verify and inspect incoming shipments and process documentation.
• Enter receiving data into the system accurately.
• Support physical inventory verification during discrepancies.
• Process inbound/outbound paperwork with truck drivers and scan documents.

• Fulfill a full-time role in a combined office and manufacturing setting.
