Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for shipboard fiber optic cable installation, termination, testing, & troubleshooting.
• Conduct the WAF & tag-out/lockout process as required.
• Prioritize safety of personnel, Ship's Force, & equipment, while maintaining dynamic production schedules.
• Oversee, on a deck plate level, the performance of installation team members, subcontractors & teaming partners; provide feedback to project engineer & leadership.
• Observe & adhere to all safety regulations & procedures; mentor team members on safety and ensure compliance.
