• Plan, estimate, schedule, staff, and direct complex industrial operations on US Navy ships.
• Lead and train electrical personnel onboard ships and in offices/shops.
• Ensure adherence to ship specifications, QMS, and safety policies.
• Coordinate with Project Management to align with production schedules.
