Reliability & Performance Technologies (R&P) seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our electrical teams onboard US Navy ships, currently in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on meeting schedules, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality against ship specifications.

• 10+ years in shipboard electrical industry or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent safety awareness and compliance with NAVSEA standards.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, estimate, schedule, staff, and direct complex industrial operations on US Navy ships.
• Lead and train electrical personnel onboard ships and in offices/shops.
• Ensure adherence to ship specifications, QMS, and safety policies.
• Coordinate with Project Management to align with production schedules.
