Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Sr. Associate, Architectural & Design to support the Art Program across vessels and brands.

You will coordinate with the Art Program Manager, manage complex design projects, maintain schedules, and support presentations for Executive teams. Key responsibilities include budgeting, coordinating with contractors and art consultants, ensuring drawings and files are organized, and aligning art placements with architectural design submittals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture.
• 4+ years in an Interior Design environment and/or Project Management.
• Experience in a supportive art role and/or art environment a plus.
• Must be able to read architecture and design drawings.
• Willingness to travel 20-25% internationally.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and AUTOCAD; Photoshop/InDesign a plus.
• Knowledge of Art and how its longevity will be affected within the Marine Environment preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical, financial and spreadsheet skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across a multicultural organization.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
