Job summary

Crenlo Engineered Cabs in Rochester, MN, is seeking an experienced manufacturing operator to oversee workflows and assist operators with set-ups on a range of sheet metal equipment. You will read and interpret制造 prints, verify dimensions, and maintain daily quality and cost metrics while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Experience with brake presses, turret presses, lasers, and related tooling is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; manufacturing prints interpretation required.
• Must complete forklift and aerial lift training and maintain certification.
• Prior manufacturing experience is beneficial and operation of listed equipment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow by assisting operators with set-ups and production on various machines.
• Train new employees on equipment and ensure daily standard work is performed.
• Set up and operate large brake press, turret, laser and related equipment.
• Read manufacturing prints and verify part dimensions with measuring tools.
• Maintain quality, safety, delivery, cost metrics and ISO documentation.
• Report labor and job data accurately and participate in continuous improvement.
