William H. Metcalfe & Sons, Inc. is looking for a Sheetmetal Foreman to oversee HVAC sheet metal crews for new residential construction projects in Winchester, VA and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and knowledge of Mechanical and Building Codes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sheet metal experience in new residential HVAC.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Building Codes.

Responsibilities

• Providing guidance and direction to HVAC sheet metal crews.
• Maintaining professional relationships with construction crews, clients, customers and company leaders.
• Measuring, scheduling and ordering materials and equipment for ongoing and new projects.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
