Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Foreman to lead a HVAC crew on multiple job sites in Virginia. You will supervise journeymen, mechanics and apprentices, ensuring safety, quality and project schedules.

Responsibilities include directing installation, modification, and repair of HVAC sheet metal systems, coordinating with subcontractors, reviewing BIM and drawings, and maintaining strong client relationships. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal experience.
• Previous HVAC sheet metal foreman experience.
• Ability to lead teams of 8–10 people with strong productivity.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC sheet metal systems installation.
• Ability to multi-task, follow instructions, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Direct installation, modification and repair of HVAC sheet metal systems.
• Plan staffing and scheduling per project specifications and BIM models.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, inspectors and suppliers.
• Lead and mentor crew members on job sites to ensure quality.
