Pen Manufacturing in Anaheim, CA is seeking a senior, hands-on Manufacturing Engineering & Estimating Manager. You will lead technical directions for major customer programs, review drawings and RFQs for manufacturability, and own estimating, planning, and ramping production.

You’ll work closely with customers, estimators, engineers, and the shop floor to move parts from concept to repeat production. You will also guide manufacturing plans, routings, material requirements, and production

Formación

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication or similar contract manufacturing

Responsabilidades

• Act as technical lead for large customer programs and translate RFQs into production plans
• Review drawings, CAD models, specs, and RFQs for feasibility and DFM
• Lead estimating to ensure quotes reflect material, labor, routing, tooling, and processing assumptions
• Develop manufacturing plans, routings, work instructions, and material requirements
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Production to release and schedule jobs effectively
• Support first articles, prototypes, and ramp-ups; optimize future costing and production assumptions
• Build strong technical relationships with customers and expand accounts
