Job summary
NTT DATA is seeking a customer-focused Sr. SharePoint Developer in Rockville, MD to translate business needs into practical SharePoint solutions. You will liaise between government stakeholders, end users, and technical teams while emphasizing requirements analysis and solution delivery over hands-on coding.
The role requires strong communication, business analysis, and SharePoint experience, with familiarity in Power Platform and Microsoft 365 tools. Federal program experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, application engineering, or business solution implementation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft SharePoint-based solutions.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Engage with government stakeholders and end users to understand business processes and requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and solution specifications.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to design and implement SharePoint-based solutions.
- Support user adoption, training, and change-management activities.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, accessibility, and information management requirements.
