Job summary

PCI Federal is seeking a Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Solutions Administrator to own, modernize, and scale our Microsoft 365 environment. You will turn manual workflows into secure, automated solutions and lead adoption of AI capabilities.

This is a hands-on, business-facing role partnering with internal teams to deliver secure, scalable Microsoft 365 solutions across PCI Federal and affiliated companies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform automation.
• Design enterprise SharePoint information architecture with metadata, permissions, and search.
• Proven track record delivering automation projects end-to-end.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Environment Ownership: administer SharePoint Online environment securely.
• Architecture & Governance: define site structures, libraries, metadata, and permissions.
• Workflow Automation: build solutions with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• M365 Integration: connect SharePoint with Teams, Forms, Power BI, and Entra ID.
• AI & Innovation: explore Copilot adoption and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Lifecycle Management: manage migrations and external B2B scenarios.

PCI Federal is looking for a Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Solutions Administrator to own, modernize, and scale our Microsoft 365 environment. In this role, you will manage collaboration and automation across PCI Federal and our affiliated companies.

This is a hands‑on, business-facing position. We need a builder and a problem solver—not just a traditional administrator. You will work directly with our internal business teams to turn manual workflows into secure, automated Microsoft 365 solutions, while leading our adoption of Microsoft Copilot and next‑generation AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Environment Ownership: Oversee the configuration, security, and day‑to‑day administration of our enterprise SharePoint Online environment.
• Architecture & Governance: Design clear site structures, document libraries, metadata frameworks, and search navigation. Establish firm governance standards for site ownership and permissions.
• Workflow Automation: Build and support custom business solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline corporate operations.
• M365 Integration: Seamlessly connect SharePoint and the Power Platform with Teams, Forms, Power BI, Entra ID, and Purview.
• AI & Innovation: Identify practical ways to deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents where they can add real operational value.
• Lifecycle Management: Handle SharePoint migrations, modernization projects, and external B2B collaboration scenarios safely.
• Documentation: Maintain clean technical documentation, test protocols, and training materials for end‑users.
• Security: Ensure solutions follow appropriate security, access, information‑management, governance, documentation, and support practices.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience focused on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online administration, and Power Platform automation.
• Deep technical comfort designing enterprise‑level SharePoint information architecture (metadata, inheritance, permissions, and advanced search).
• Proven track record of taking an automation project independently from initial requirements gathering through to deployment.
• Excellent communication skills—you can talk tech with developers and business strategy with executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent hands‑on professional experience).

Preferred Skills

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or building AI‑enabled knowledge bases.
• Familiarity with GCC High or federal government contracting environments.
• Experience with SharePoint migration tools (like ShareGate) and scripting via PowerShell, Power Fx, or Microsoft Graph APIs.
• Active Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, M365 Security, or Identity administration.
