Job summary
EY seeks a Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer Consultant (Manager) to lead migrations from SharePoint on-premises to Microsoft 365 and to build modern intranets. You will shape target information architecture, migration waves, and modernization approaches while partnering with client stakeholders for secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting experience delivering SharePoint solutions and/or migrations using Microsoft technologies.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online administration and configuration.
- Proven experience planning and executing SharePoint migrations (assessment, waves, pilots, remediation, cutover, and hypercare).
Responsibilities
- Lead migrations from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online.
- Implement modern SharePoint Online intranets and IA
- Modernize legacy workflows to Power Platform patterns
- Define information architecture, hub/site strategy, navigation and permissions
- Governance: provisioning, lifecycle controls, and reporting
- Lead workshops and communicate risks and decisions clearly
