Job summary

Yakshna Solutions, Inc. (YSI) seeks a Senior SharePoint/PowerPlatform Developer for an onsite role in Quantico, VA.

You will lead end-to-end development of Power Platform solutions and dashboards, interfacing with stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve mission-critical issues. The role requires strong expertise in SharePoint, Power Platform, and governance considerations for government cloud environments, plus an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with SharePoint Site Administration and Power Platform development.
• Proficiency in configuring permissions and access control in line with Zero Trust.
• Familiarity with Entra ID, Akamai GCDS and Okta Verify for troubleshooting (not required to administer).
• Strong knowledge of cloud flows, OData filters, loops, error handling, connectors.
• Ability to design Canvas and Model-Driven Apps with Power Fx logic.
• Experience with DAX for measures and data modeling (Star Schema).
• Ability to integrate SharePoint lists as data sources for Power Apps and Power BI.
• Understanding of JSON for parsing API outputs in Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Government Community Cloud (GCCC High) governance vs commercial tenants.
• Active Top Secret clearance required at proposal submission.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end development and sustainment of Power Platform solutions.
• Design and maintain automated workflows via Power Automate and build custom business apps via Power Apps.
• Create data visualization dashboards via Power BI and interface with stakeholders for requirements and troubleshooting.
