TISTA Science and Technology Corporation is seeking a Senior SharePoint Applications/System Analyst to join our growing team. You’ll design, implement, and govern SharePoint Online sites, Power Platform workflows, and BI dashboards to support enterprise operations.

You will collaborate with Business Owners, Architects, and IT teams to translate objectives into scalable, standards-based solutions while ensuring security, performance, and user adoption across remote environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platform.
• Experience in Incident Management.
• Experience in Knowledge Management.
• Experience with basic web technologies.
• Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience in low-code/no-code development; basic scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise SharePoint Online sites.
• Create modern communication and team sites supporting collaboration.
• Design intuitive page layouts and site navigation.
• Establish governance standards for site architecture and information management.
• Ensure SharePoint environments remain secure, scalable, and compliant.
• Develop Power Automate flows to streamline processes.
• Create PowerApps solutions supporting business operations.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to improve operational visibility.
• Provide Tier II and III SharePoint support.
