Job summary

Cellcom seeks a Senior Application Support Specialist to oversee the administration and development of SharePoint Online, including Power Automate and Power Apps. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced certifications in SharePoint Online and Power Apps are preferred.
• Experience as a senior SharePoint administrator or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and technical expert for SharePoint Online and related tools.
• Ensure stability, security, performance, and availability of SharePoint and intranet environments.
• Manage SharePoint content architecture, including content types, site columns, templates, analytics, reporting, and governance.
• Lead problem-solving efforts, coordinate with vendors and IT teams, and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Plan, test, implement, and maintain SharePoint solutions while developing scripts, documentation, and procedures.
• Provide user support, training, and after-hours on-call assistance; create knowledge materials.
• Communicate project status, system changes, risks, and issues to stakeholders and end users.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint technologies and recommend improvements.
