Job summary

Brillfy Technology Inc. in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Senior SharePoint Migration Lead/Consultant to steer a large-scale migration project moving ~30 TB of data from AWS FSx to SharePoint Online and Teams across 23 departments. Strong expertise in ShareGate, PowerShell, NTFS permissions, and M365 is essential.

Lead multi-wave migrations, drive adoption, manage stakeholders, and ensure governance. Onsite with potential hybrid arrangements in a 12-month program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Experience leading at least two enterprise-scale file share to SharePoint Online / Teams migrations.
• Strong hands-on experience with ShareGate migration tools.
• Strong PowerShell scripting experience (PnP PowerShell / SharePoint Online Management Shell).
• Experience with multi-TB enterprise file share migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows file servers, NTFS permissions, ACLs, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Experience identifying and fixing embedded or hardcoded links in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams architecture and governance experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview retention labels and policies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, project leadership, and end-user training skills.

Responsibilities

• Design SharePoint information architecture, including sites, libraries, permissions, and governance.
• Execute migrations while preserving metadata, security, and permissions.
• Coordinate migration validation and obtain business sign-off from department leads.
• Work with Microsoft Purview retention labels, policies, data classification, and archiving.
• Lead stakeholder communication, user training, lunch-and-learn sessions, and adoption activities.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Provide regular status updates to project managers and executive stakeholders.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint Migration Lead / Consultant to lead a large-scale enterprise migration of approximately 30 TB of file share data from AWS FSx to Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online across 23 business departments.
