Darling Ingredients Inc. seeks a skilled SharePoint Administrator to design, implement, and govern Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions with a focus on SharePoint Online.

You will help secure, migrate, and modernize the platform while enabling efficient teamwork and automation across the organization. The role requires hands-on SharePoint Online management, governance expertise, and collaboration with IT teams to deliver secure, scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or 3–5 years of equivalent IT experience.
• 3+ years administering a Microsoft 365 environment with at least 2 years on SharePoint Online (sites, permissions, hub sites).
• Understanding of collaboration governance: permissions, external sharing, lifecycle management, secure information architecture.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online integration with Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps, Purview, PowerShell, Graph API.

Aufgaben

• Manage the overall SharePoint environment, including site collections, permissions, guest access, and audit controls.
• Configure security policies and data access controls; use Purview for data classification and governance.
• Lead backup and restore procedures for SharePoint and OneDrive; maintain step-by-step documentation.
• Provide expert-level support for SharePoint incidents; lead modernization efforts and remediate risks.
• Lead Graph API configurations for secure, least-privilege integrations; expand Power Platform usage.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Develop and implement solutions roadmap with the Microsoft 365 Product Owner.
• Assist with content migration from various sources to SharePoint Online.
• Assist training and adoption; create training plans and materials.
