Job summary

Masego Inc. in Springfield, VA is seeking a Senior TS/SCI cleared SharePoint Developer to design, build, and administer SharePoint solutions.

You will create automated workflows, customize sites, and collaborate with clients to analyze needs and deliver secure, accessible front-end and back-end features across SharePoint 2019/SES/SPO. You will lead efforts to migrate Classic to Modern View, develop scalable workflows, and ensure cross-browser compatibility while meeting security requirements.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of web development experience focusing on SharePoint platforms.
• Experience with Power Platform to build workflows in SharePoint.
• Expertise with SPFX, Nintex, and front-end development.
• Ability to migrate SharePoint Online from Classic View to Modern View.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft SharePoint-based applications and solutions.
• Create and maintain complex workflows for process improvements.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to analyze business and enterprise requirements.
• Migrate SharePoint Online sites from Classic View to Modern View and ensure accessibility.
