Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer to join our team and support design, development, and implementation of banking and lending solutions on Salesforce and nCino platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, REST and SOAP integrations, and a solid understanding of banking processes; this remote role offers flexible work arrangements for applicants in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce platform development.
• 2+ years nCino implementation and development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with SOQL/SOSL and integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge ofDevOps and deployment tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum).
• Understanding banking, lending and financial services processes.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Configure and customize nCino modules (Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement).
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce pages, and Salesforce Flows.
• Build and support integrations with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with BAs, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and production support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce and nCino applications.
• Support release management and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
