Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in repair, maintenance and cleaning of wastewater and surface water facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical lead duties and supervise a crew in the maintenance, repair and operation of wastewater and surface water systems.
• Oversee sewer maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operation and condition of systems.
• Lead jobsite safety planning, work planning, and layout with elevations and grades.
• Inspect and maintain wastewater/surface water systems and perform excavations with proper shoring.
• Operate equipment and hand tools, respond to emergencies, and provide information to customers.
• Train and direct crew members, maintain records and reports, and coordinate tools and materials.
