Grace and Faye Consulting LLC is seeking a highly analytical Settlements Coordinator for the Accounting side of their Settlements team. This role focuses on managing and overseeing complex settlement-related financial operations across large datasets and multi-party matters.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting/forensic accounting within complex litigation settlements, with experience in fund distribution, escrow/QSF structures, and rigorous financial analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting, forensic accounting, or financial analysis.
• Experience with complex litigation settlements (class actions, mass torts, etc.).
• Work with large datasets and complex financial models.
• Experience with fund distribution, escrow accounts, and QSF structures.
• Background in professional services firms (advisory or litigation support).
• Forensic accounting or investigative financial analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage settlement accounting activities, including high-value fund flows.
• Analyze economic damages and financial impacts across large datasets.
• Oversee allocations, fund distribution, and escrow/QSF structures.
• Perform financial analysis tied to claimant eligibility, validation, and allocation methods.
• Ensure data accuracy across multi-claimant cases.
• Support auditing, reconciliation, and financial controls related to settlement funds.
• Partner with attorneys, finance teams, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in workflows tied to multi-district settlements.
• Identify processes to improve financial analysis and fund administration.
