Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a mid‑level SETA & Acquisition Program Manager to bolster CBP AMO’s DAPS portfolio. You'll provide SETA, acquisition planning, requirements development, and TE/OT&E integration, aligning with DHS ALF and DHS programs.

You will coordinate IPTs, support risk reporting, and develop executive briefings for leadership. This role requires 5+ years in federal acquisition or SETA, aBachelor's degree, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to work hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering, criminal justice, applied science, or technical discipline preferred.
• 5+ years supporting federal acquisition, SETA, or programmatic support contracts.
• Experience with DHS, CBP, DOD, or similar agencies in acquisition or systems engineering roles.
• Experience supporting OT&E integration, requirements development, system evaluations, or acquisition documentation.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency with collaboration platforms; ability to support hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Provide SETA support through requirements analysis and engineering review.
• Coordinate IPTs, Test Plan Working Groups, and technical alignment meetings.
• Contribute to IMS development, program reporting, and budgets.
• Identify risks and support risk, issue, and opportunity reporting.
• Develop executive briefings, decision papers, and dashboards for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with CBP acquisition policies and security requirements.
