Job summary

Nemean Solutions LLC seeks a mid‑level SETA & Acquisition Program Manager to deliver SE TA and acquisition lifecycle support for CBP AMO Domain Awareness Persistent Systems. This role works across aerostats, UAS, and surveillance tech within DHS programs.

The candidate will assist with requirements development, test integration, and executive decision support, while coordinating IPTs and maintaining compliance with DHS policies. Hybrid work model available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of federal acquisition, SETA, or programmatic support.
• Experience with DHS/CBP/DOD in acquisition or systems engineering.
• Experience supporting OT&E integration and requirements development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition lifecycle activities for Domain Awareness Persistent Systems.
• Provide SETA support through requirements analysis and integration planning.
• Coordinate IPTs and technical alignment meetings with CBP, DHS S&T.
• Develop IMS updates and program reporting.
• Support OT&E findings and acquisition decisions.
• Provide budget input and IGCEs, cost analyses.
• Identify risks and develop RIO reporting.
• Evaluate emerging tech and system readiness.
• Develop executive briefings and dashboards.
• Ensure CBP acquisition policy compliance.
