Job summary

Benefis Health System is seeking an Activities Aide to plan and lead engaging activities for residents in our skilled nursing facilities. You will assist residents to and from events and work closely with families to ensure meaningful engagement and Life Enrichment assessments.

A CNA certification is required or must be obtained within 3 months, with 3–5 years of related long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• CNA Certification required or obtained within 3 months of employment.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience as an Activities Aide or Social Services Designee in Long Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities
