Benefis Hospitals, Inc. is seeking a cook to prepare, season and cook food in a hospital setting in Montana. The role requires following modified diet needs and recipe compliance standards and performing duties under pressure to meet deadlines.

The position prefers a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience or training. A Montana driver’s license is preferred, and Benefis emphasizes excellent care and opportunities within Montana’s premier health system.

The cook will prepare, season and cook food. Must follow modified diet needs and recipe compliance standards. Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict. Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health system organization policies and procedures.

Education/License/Experience Requirements: High School graduate or general equivalency diploma preferred. One to three months related experience and/or training preferred. Valid Montana driver’s license preferred. Exemption Wage Non-Exempt Starting Wage $19.18/hourly Actual offered wage is based on applicable experience
