Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Solution Architecture Manager in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid/Onsite as required) to lead design and implementation of ServiceNow SPM across enterprise environments. You will collaborate with business leaders, portfolio managers, and IT teams to define architecture, data models, integrations, and governance, while mentoring teams and driving modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active ServiceNow CSA, CAD and CIS-SPM certifications are required.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, and design experience.
• Proven hands-on experience in SPM and ITSM within ServiceNow.
• Experience designing portfolio management, demand management, project management, Agile, Sprint, Kanban in ServiceNow.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration, development, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Experience architecting enterprise ServiceNow solutions and establishing platform governance standards.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure DevOps or similar Agile delivery platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions across enterprise environments.
• Define and govern scalable ServiceNow architecture, workflows, data models, integrations, and platform standards.
• Design and implement enterprise Agile operating models, including portfolio intake, demand management, project execution, Sprint planning, and Kanban workflows.
• Architect and support integrations between ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, and Azure DevOps.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead enterprise workflow automation, service management optimization, CMDB governance, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers, administrators, business analysts, and project teams.
• Drive platform governance, performance optimization, release management, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts.
