The role requires translating complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, including vulnerability response and incident response, while balancing out-of-the-box functionality with necessary customization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience focusing on Risk or Security Operations
• Experience as an architect, tech lead, or senior developer on enterprise installations
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, data modeling, workflow design, and governance
• Designs solutions that are scalable, upgrade-safe, and aligned with leading practices
• Experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and design for ServiceNow Security Operations and Risk capabilities
• Translate business, cybersecurity, risk, and compliance requirements into ServiceNow solutions
• Configure and develop ServiceNow apps for vulnerability and incident response, risk, or related security processes
• Prefer out-of-the-box functionality before customization whenever possible
• Assess impact of platform upgrades, patches, and release changes
• Support defect resolution, performance issues, and production incidents
• Create architecture diagrams, design docs, interface specs, and operation procedures
• Communicate design decisions clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
