We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain Security Operations modules, including Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence. The role involves technical leadership, hands-on development, platform troubleshooting, and integration with security tools like Tenable and Splunk.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain SIR, VR, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance modules.
• Revert SIR modules to out-of-the-box state, manage record transformations, and update dashboards/reports.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers; lead design sessions and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot platform and integration issues; support upgrades, patches, and module rollouts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and deliver training to end-users and developers.
• Stay current with ServiceNow features to optimize performance and enhance user experience.
