Qualifikationen

• 12+ years IT management experience focused on IT applications operations.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Excellent understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and experience with JavaScript and REST APIs.
• Understanding of third-party integrations.
• Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
• Stakeholder communication, compliance knowledge, and audit experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects.

Aufgaben

• Manage a team of application support engineers (onshore/offshore) to support operational activities, deployments of new capabilities, patching and upgrades of the ServiceNow platform.
• Oversee and address production issues in a timely manner, including off hours and weekends as necessary.
• Ensure service level availability of production and non-production environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and support.
• Represent ServiceNow team in Disaster Recovery exercises.
• Define and document policies, procedures, standards related to application operations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and IT controls and support audit activities.
• Work with ServiceNow support and vendor teams to maintain platform hygiene and address issues.
• Produce performance/SLA reporting for continuous improvement of the operations team.
• Provide Level 2 engineering support to complement the engineering team.
• Staffing, mentoring, and maintaining a high-performing operations team.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams across US/India time zones.
